What we do with your details
What this site collects
When you book a consultation we ask for your name, phone number, age, whether this is a first visit, and the reason for coming. When you book a room we ask for your name, phone number, an email address if you have one, your dates and the number of guests. Nothing else is asked for, and nothing on this site requires you to create an account.
Why we need it
The phone number is how the clinic confirms your booking and how we reach you if the doctor has to change a time. The reason for the visit lets Dr. Sweety prepare before you arrive. The dates are what hold the room.
Where it is kept
Bookings are stored in the clinic's own database, hosted by Cloudflare. They are not written into the address bar, not sent to advertising or analytics services, and not shared with anyone outside the clinic.
Who can see it
Clinic staff who are signed in to the admin area, and Dr. Sweety. Access needs an email address and password that the clinic issues; there is no public sign-up.
How long it is kept
Booking records are kept for as long as the clinic needs them as part of your care.
Asking us to remove something
Call the clinic and ask. If a record is not part of your medical care, it will be deleted.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. A signed-in staff member has a session cookie, which is what keeps them signed in, and nothing else.
